Executive biography

Transformation architecture with hands-on technical accountability.

I work across complex SAP transformation programs covering SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Enterprise Management, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations. My responsibilities span technical architecture, custom-code remediation, integration, development governance, system conversion and cloud-ready extensibility.

I remain closely involved in technical problem-solving across ABAP, RAP, Fiori, performance optimisation, production support and conversion-related challenges. My enterprise AI exploration focuses on practical, governed and human-accountable approaches.

Transformation and engineering position

My focus is to combine transformation architecture with hands-on engineering—creating practical, reusable and secure solutions aligned with SAP extensibility, clean-core principles, enterprise security and long-term architecture standards.

Enterprise AI direction

My current exploration includes custom SAP AI agents, ABAP Cloud wrappers and read-only POCs for diagnostics, code review, monitoring, RCA, summarisation and recommendations, with traceability and human oversight designed into the operating model.

Working method

Problem → evidence → options → decision → impact.

I use context-first architecture: make facts, assumptions and risks visible; compare realistic alternatives; define control and publication boundaries; and connect recommendations to operational or business outcomes.

I am deliberately sceptical of architecture that looks impressive but cannot be operated, governed, measured or recovered when it fails.
